No we do not have wheelchair lifts. We do take wheelchairs if they can fold up and the people can stand up and get in and out of the taxi.5. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we have wireless terminals in the taxis. We take Visa, MasterCard, American express and Discover.6. Do you take checks?
No checks, cash or credit cards only.7. How do I order or reserve a taxi?
You can call (805) 234-8294 to reserve or to get picked up by our taxi.
If you need and early morning pickup, it's best to call the day or evening before. Early morning calls book very fast so the earlier you call the better.8. If I call for a taxi and your too slow, can I call another cab company?
We strongly discourage this practice because two cabs can show up at the same time and it can be a bit awkward. Please if you do this, give us a call and cancel your pickup to avoid this situation.9. Can I reserve a cab or schedule a pickup by email?
It is best to call us at (805) 234-8294 to make a reservation or to schedule a pickup. Our email system is not automated, so there is a chance that your email request will not be logged or scheduled to your satisfaction.
